Shaylie stayed off CPAP and was on the high flow nasal cannula all day! Her blister was SO much better even by morning. You can just see a red spot where the blister was, but it isn't elevated anymore. Thank you for your prayers!
The doctor said that Tycen's heart murmer may sound a little fainter this morning...coming from him this is GREAT news! This doctor is wonderful, we really like him, but he definitely has a hard time making bold progress statements (I think he likes to set us up for the worst and tries not get our hopes up) so we were very happy to hear this coming from him.
**Praise God for progress with Tycen's PDA. He is definitely tolerating breastmilk MUCH bettter now, too! Please continue to pray that his PDA will soon resolve completely.
Scott did skin to skin with both babies for the first time today! It is so great to see him cuddling with his little prides of joy. I didn't want to go a day without holding them so we each got to hold both babies :) They just love to cuddle with their mommy and daddy! We can't wait until we can do it anytime we want to!!

Tycen weighs over 3 lbs today!!! He weighed in at 3 lbs 1 oz, and Shaylie is not too far behind at 2 lbs 12 oz. We're so proud of them!

Tycen surpassed the 3lb mark!Both babies tooted for the first time today :) It was pretty loud. I'd like to say they get it from their daddy, but Scott isn't much of a tooter...at least not around me (he's quite the gentleman :) ).
Tycen and Shaylie are going to be getting their second head ultrasound within the next couple of days.
