He got a lot of train gifts since he is really into Thomas the Train this year:
I have to share this Kai-ism because I just love the honesty of children....
After opening a few gifts that were book-like (sticker book, book and puzzle -- hard to tell it wasn't a book since it was in a box), Kai says, "I sure hope all these gifts aren't books" Haha...good thing we got him Percy the train, too...phew! :)

After their own birthday, Tyce and Shay have loved singing 'Happy Birthday'. They sang the happy birthday song to Kai almost the whole drive up to his house (as well as several days after his birthday, too :)

One of Tyce's favorite topics of conversation these days is about tractors. He really likes to talk about Kai and Gramps and their tractor :)
