Alyssa continues to be the sweetest cuddle bug ever. We absolutely love and adore her to pieces.
At 3 months, she started taking a morning nap consistently (around 9 am for about an hour) and is having more awake periods. She takes about 4 naps per day. She is still sleeping in her little bassinet on our bed, which makes it very convenient for night time nursing sessions :) She nurses every 2 hours during the day and goes to bed around 7 pm, wakes 2-3 times during the night (nurses and goes right back to sleep) and is up around 7-8 am.
