We had such a fun birthday party for Tycen and Shaylie on Saturday, September 19. It all started off with a nice long birthday weekend spent with family from out-of-town. Aunt Marisa and Grandma Dawn came up from Southern Oregon and stayed with us for a long weekend. Aunt Kolleen and cousin Aralia also came up from Southern Oregon and stayed with us after the party. Aunt Katrina and Uncle Ulrich flew up all the way from the Bay area and stayed at a nearby hotel for the weekend.
The party was at Felida Park. There were about 60 of our closest family and friends there to help us celebrate Tycen and Shaylie's 1st birthday! We had such a great time. The weather turned out very nice, not too hot and not too cold. I didn't take any pictures during the party, but I tried to get copies from other people. I really wanted to get a group picture of everyone at the party, but didn't remember until it was too late. Here are several pictures of some of the guests and festivities:

We cannot thank you all enough for making Tycen and Shaylie's 1st birthday such a special and memorable one! We've experienced SO much love and joy this first year and we feel so blessed to have so many supportive friends and family. Thanks, again, for being there and loving our babies as you do. We will never forget this special day!
