Zoo

Oma Stef and Uncle Kai came down from Olympia last week to spend the day with us at the zoo. We had so much fun! Tycen just loved watching Kai run all around. He is going to be Kai's shadow as soon as he learns to walk.


Stef and I took turns holding each baby in the bjorns. As you can see in the picture above and below, Shaylie prefered to keep her eye on her Oma rather than check out all the animals. It was so darling :)

Tycen's favorite safari animal is the tiger. There are a few tigers in his room and he's always so interested in them more than the other animals. He got pretty excited when I showed him the tiger at the zoo. I was surprised he could see it that far away, but he seemed to get excited when I pointed it out to him. Well, it was either that or his reflection from the glass wall, but I'm pretty sure it was the tiger ;)

Of course, my favorite are the elephants.

Kai liked them, too!

And to make the day at the zoo complete, Kai got a chocolate ice cream cone :) I always love the ice cream face pictures! We love you, Oma and Kai. Thanks for coming to visit us!
