Multiple Blessings: Three Months Old!

Tycen and Shaylie are now just over 3 months old!! They are 1 week adjusted age, which means their due date was last week. We will have to "adjust" their age up until age 2, when they should be mostly caught up developmentally to their peers.

Tycen now weighs about 8 1/2 lbs and Shaylie is about 7 lbs. At their last doctor visit, Tycen was 80th percentile compared to other full-term newborns for height and 50th percentile for weight. Shaylie was 50th percentile for height and 35th percentile for weight. This is pretty remarkable considering they were so early and twins.

My friend April visited last weekend. She drove over an hour to see the babies and brought them adorable quilts that she made, which match the nursery perfectly! Thanks, April!! The twins were happy to meet you and it was so great to see you again!
